In every market, Inspecs is represented either from head office in the UK or in partnership with a local distributor. Our sales teams are trained to deliver the best customer service, supported by a linked customer care team on the phone.

Customer Care
Using our own customer management system (called BRAINS), every customer's record is updated in real time so that anyone in the business can track every form of transaction, promotion, query or delivery. This means our fully dedicated customer care team can answer any questions that occur, take immediate replenishment orders as well as direct our sales teams to appointment deadlines that suit our customers.
