Nickel-Free Material

Many people suffer from skin irritation caused by contact with even the smallest trace of nickel – our new alloy material for the Nicole Farhi capsule collection is completely nickel-free.

The nickel-allergy free material is made in Germany which certainly adds to the stamp of quality and the collection includes some great colourways including moss green, berry red, slate grey and a beautiful midnight blue.

This is a strongly design led collection with edgy styles that hold powerful browlines.

Magnesium-Alu

This blend of magnesium and aluminium, some of the lowest-density metals on Earth, is used in the aerospace industry and also forms casings for hand-held gadgets from mobile phones to MP3 players. Lightweight and strong, it has a funky, frosty matt metallic finish, perfectly in line with this season's hottest look.

So what better material to form specs for the next generation of CAT eyewear? Six new opticals and six new sunglasses precision engineered from this space age material are available from this summer. Sunglasses feature dark and fully mirrored sci-fi lenses. Opticals have double injection rubber tips in the regulation CAT yellow and black. Frame colours include the mattest black, frosty lilac, stellar silver, deep space navy, battleship grey, solar gold, brown and aubergine.
